Understanding CTS vs IPS

The Difference Between ERW and EFW Pipe

ERW stands for (Electric Resistance Welded) which is a pipe manufacturing process.  ERW pipe is manufactured by using a high frequency current to heat the pipe.  EFW stands for Electric Fusion Welding and is a manufacturing process applied to pipe.
