Social Media Terms of Use (Community Guidelines) – External Users

To maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment across our social media channels, by visiting, posting to, or otherwise interacting with our pages, you agree to these Community Guidelines and to the applicable platform’s terms and policies.  If you do not agree, please do not participate.  All followers and participants must follow these guidelines:

If you believe your intellectual property rights are infringed on our channels, please notify us at MBMarketing@meritbrass.com with: (a) a description of the work you claim is infringed; (b) the specific content at issue and where it appears; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement of your good‑faith belief and your authority to act.  We may remove content in our discretion.

Nothing on our channels constitutes professional, engineering, or safety advice; always consult qualified professionals and follow all applicable codes, standards, and instructions.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merit Brass is not responsible for third‑party content, links, or actions and disclaims liability for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on our channels.
