We want to inform you of an upcoming change regarding our product offering. After many years of a valued partnership with Brennan, Merit Brass has made the strategic decision to discontinue our distribution agreement for Brennan’s tube fittings and tube valve product lines.
This was not an easy decision, as Brennan has been a trusted and respected partner, known for producing high-quality, reliable pipe fittings and valves. However, after careful consideration, we believe this step is necessary to refocus our efforts on our core product offerings and align with our long-term growth strategy.
It’s important to note that stainless steel tubing remains a core and integral part of Merit Brass’s product portfolio. We have no plans to exit the tubing business. While we originally added the Brennan tube fittings and valves to complement our tubing line, we ultimately did not achieve the level of “pull through” we had envisioned.
As part of this transition, Brennan will begin working with you directly to ensure you continue to receive the same toptier products and service you’ve come to expect. They are currently in the process of onboarding our customers into their system to ensure a seamless and uninterrupted experience.
We will continue to support your Brennan product needs through the end of April, during which time we are working closely with the Brennan team to manage inventory and order fulfillment.
Starting April 21st, all orders for Brennan tube fittings and valves should be placed directly with Brennan. Their customer service team contact will be Mark Mazzone and he can be reached at mmazzone@brennaninc.com. Brennan is ready to assist with any order placement or support needs moving forward.
